农村地区“两癌”妇女生命质量及其影响因素分析

The health-related quality of life and influencing factors of two cancer women in rural areas

目的 了解咸宁市农村地区乳腺癌和宫颈癌（以下简称“两癌”）妇女的生命质量现状及其影响因素。方法 采用整群抽样与典型抽样相结合的方法，对咸宁市通城县、崇阳县、通山县和咸安区34个乡镇的363名贫困“两癌”妇女进行问卷调查，采用描述性分析、t检验、方差分析、逐步回归法进行多因素分析。结果 农村“两癌”妇女健康状况和生命质量（37.82±20.48分）总体较差，影响“两癌”妇女生命质量的因素有年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、收入水平、吸烟、饮酒、疾病状况、预防保健知识认知程度等。 结论 需制定有针对性的改善措施，提高农村“两癌”妇女生命质量。

Objective?To understand the quality of life and its influencing factors in women enduring breast cancer or cervical cancer (Hereinafter referred to as “two cancer”) living in rural areas of Xianning City. Methods Using cluster sampling and typical sampling to?survey 363 poor “two cancer” women in 34 townships including Tongcheng County, Chongyang County, Tongshan County and Xian’an district of Xianning City. Using descriptive?analysis, t-test, variance analysis and stepwise regression to make multifactorial analysis. Results?The overall health condition and life quality（37.82±20.48）were poor. The influencing factors were age, marital status, education level, income level, smoking, drinking, disease status and knowledge level, etc. Conclusions It’s necessary to formulate targeted improvement measures to improve life quality of “two cancer” women in rural areas
